Ralsonics developed the Ultrasonic system for de-clogging/de-blinding of screens. The screen fabric bonded to the special tube type resonator and screen frame with the fixing plates. The tube resonator produces ultrasonic vibrations which in turn transfers the vibrations into the screen.

These flexural vibrations transformed into the screen uniformly causes de-blinding of the screen allowing a unhindered sieving of the material. The high frequency electronic generator is connected to the transducer fixed on the tube resonator by high frequency cable.
